explorer, seeking to know, realize, and express more about who and what
I am, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I share the insights
gained from my explorations as a teacher, trainer, healer, rebirther, coach,
licensed mental health counselor, clinical sexologist, ordained minister,
psychotherapist, public speaker, writer, astrologer, friend, mother, and

Current Announcements:
The abstract and introduction
to my Ph.D. dissertation on
Sleep-Related Female Orgasms is now posted. I am currently working on
analysis of my on-line survey regarding
this and related topics. I’ve posted
preliminary results here;
however, I need many more responses from women of all ages, especially those in
the 70-90+ age-range. Your anonymous participation would be greatly

I continue to conduct a
variety of Hemi-Sync© workshops at The Monroe Institute in
Transfiguration: The Sacred Codes of
In 2009 I was inspired to
create three sound sequences based on the Palenque Transfiguration Codes and
the Christ Angle of the Great Pyramid of Giza as described in J.J. Hurtak’s Keys
of Enoch. These seem to be highly
beneficial for clearing, balancing, and re-vivifying one’s energy body. I donated these to the Church of the Creator,
the church in which I’m ordained (See below).
They have now been released on CD with accompanying verbal alignments
and infusions by Rev. James Germain, URI, and can be purchased at the COTC on-line store for $22
including postage.

Rebirthing Breathwork
I have been a professional
rebirther since 1980. Rebirthing is a gentle, yet powerful process which uses
the breath to clear and cleanse the physical, mental and emotional bodies, and
bring about a new integration of mind, body and Spirit. It was developed by
Leonard Orr in the early '70's, although it is actually a very ancient
practice, related to pranayama yoga. It was originally called Rebirthing
because memories from birth often surface to be healed. Besides Leonard Orr,
other well-known authors in this field include Sondra Ray, Bob Mandel, Jim
Morningstar, Phil Laut, Jim Leonard, and Colin Sisson.

Through the
years I have greatly appreciated the study of astrology as a tool for enhancing
self-awareness, sensitivity to others, and awareness of energetic interactions.
I am very pleased to be able to offer a wonderful collection of attractive,
computer-generated charts and interpretative reports for those who are
beginning their study of this ancient divinational art and science. Resonably

I am also
interested in contact and communication with non-human intelligence both on and
off this planet, and interdimensionally. I occasionally speak at UFO
conferences. In 2003, I designed a graduate level program, Starlines, for The Monroe
Institute, which explores this topic. In 2008, I developed Starlines II. My
link page provides additional connections to relevant news on sightings and
communications with "extraterrestrials."
As a licensed
psychotherapist (and human being), I am interested in any research or practice which
leads to greater health, well-being, joy, and empowerment. My favorite links page includes
