explorer, seeking to know, realize, and express more about who and what
I am, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I share the insights
gained from my explorations as a teacher, trainer, healer, rebirther,
coach, licensed mental health counselor, clinical sexologist, ordained
minister, psychotherapist, public speaker, writer, astrologer, friend, mother,
and spouse.

The abstract and
introduction to my Ph.D. dissertation on Sleep-Related Female Orgasms is now

Rebirthing Breathwork
I have been a professional rebirther since 1980. Rebirthing is a gentle, yet powerful
process which uses the breath to clear and cleanse the physical, mental and
emotional bodies, and bring about a new integration of mind, body and Spirit.
It was developed by Leonard Orr in the early '70's, although it is actually a
very ancient practice, related to pranayama yoga. It
was originally called Rebirthing because memories from birth often surface to
be healed. Besides Leonard Orr, other well-known authors in this field include
Sondra Ray, Bob Mandel, Jim Morningstar, Phil Laut,
Jim Leonard, and Colin Sisson.

Through the
years I have greatly appreciated the study of astrology as a tool for enhancing
self-awareness, sensitivity to others, and awareness of energetic interactions.
I am very pleased to be able to offer a wonderful collection of attractive,
computer-generated charts and interpretative reports for those who are
beginning their study of this ancient divinational

I am also
interested in contact and communication with non-human intelligence both on and
off this planet, and interdimensionally. I
occasionally speak at UFO conferences. In 2003, I designed a graduate level
program, Starlines,
for The Monroe Institute, which explores this topic. In 2008, I developed
Starlines II. My
link page provides additional connections to relevant news on sightings and
communications with "extraterrestrials."
As a licensed
psychotherapist (and human being), I am interested in any research or practice
which leads to greater health, well-being, joy, and empowerment. My favorite links page includes
